Woody Gulledge focuses his practice on the representation of employees in all aspects of employment law, including pay and overtime issues, same-sex harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and medical condition/disability accommodation. Mr. Gulledge received his J.D., with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was awarded an Entrance with Honors Scholarship, Dean's Honor List, and a McGeorge Academic Achievement Scholarship. While at McGeorge Mr. Gulledge served as a Staff Writer and a Primary Editor of the McGeorge Law Review.
